EPG Domestic were asked to carry out a heat loss calculation on a renovation property to calculate the size of the new boiler to be installed.
The room by room calculations were conducted and the new boiler selected.
The client wanted a new pressurised hot water cylinder fitted into the loft space so as not to reduce the size of any bedrooms.
We performed out a survey on the incoming water supply confirm that it met at least the minimum requirements for the cylinder.
We fitted a new boiler and cylinder in the loft and fitted new radiators along with the ground floor under floor heating.
